We sell natural mulch products sourced from the Murray River region, as well as other landscaping materials. Product availability, descriptions, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order:

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and exclude applicable taxes and delivery charges (as indicated at checkout).

  • Payment must be received before your order is shipped or delivered.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to the whole of Western Ausralia. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or transport providers.

  • Inaccurate delivery addresses provided by the customer.

  • Access issues at the delivery location.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (organic mulch), we generally do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is defective, contaminated, or there has been an error in delivery.

We do our best to ensure that all information on this site (including product descriptions and pricing) is accurate. However, we do not warrant that any content is error-free, complete, or current.
